Being a counsellor or psychotherapist is a unique, rewarding and deeply personal role. You will likely find your own approach that works best for you and your clients, that may or not draw on your own lived experience. You will seek to earn the trust of your clients and walk through with them on their own growth, feelings and emotions.

The Empathy Project works in partnership with a number of other organisations, including schools, employers, EAPs and other third-sector allies.
