Counselling can be a difficult and emotionally challenging role. How will you seek to look after yourself and maintain your self-care in this role?

We are committed to being able to provide free supervision for our student counsellors in the near future. However, as a new organisation without NHS or statutory funding, we are asking our student counsellors to either provide their own supervision privately, or we can provide this for you for at a discounted rate. This would go towards covering costs only.

We also ask our students to provide their own student practitioner insurance. This must be in place by the time you start any clinical work with us. Holistic Insurance can provide this for £41 per year.
