Service Description

Individual therapy is a 1-2-1 session, between you and your therapist. Sessions are up to 50 minutes long. Sessions can be either in-person or on video call. Please check the location when booking.

Cancellation Policy

Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. To ensure that we're able to pay our staff fairly, sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
